Terms of Service

1. What Kanzelclips is

Kanzelclips ("the Service") is a web-based tool operated by its owner to turn the owner's authorized long-form sermon recordings into short vertical video clips and to publish those clips to social media accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) that the owner controls. The current Studio is a local production tool. A hosted Studio with public registration is planned but is not currently offered. TikTok integration is under sandbox testing; production posting is not approved or represented as available.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Accounts and third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as TikTok) exclusively through the official APIs of those platforms and only after the account owner has explicitly authorized the connection through the platform's own login and consent flow. Use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms — for TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service. An authorization can be revoked at any time in the settings of the respective platform.

4. Content

Video material must belong to the operator or be used with the necessary permission. The operator is responsible for holding all rights to the content that is uploaded or published through the Service. Permission for a recording does not automatically establish permission for generated likenesses, voice processing or onward publication. These uses require their own appropriate authorization.

5. Acceptable use

The Service may not be used to publish content to accounts that the user does not own or control, to circumvent platform policies, or to distribute unlawful content.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued at any time. We may update these terms; the current version is always available at this address.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Mandatory statutory liability (including for intent and gross negligence) remains unaffected.
